Once all questions have been answered and requested adjustments made, you will receive a final contract to sign and date. Your contract will include the same detail and scope of work included in your estimate.

Construction

We take every precaution during the construction phase to ensure your home is safe and cared for throughout the renovation. A project manager will visit your house daily, making sure we stay on schedule and all change orders are discussed and noted. Our crew will clean up after themselves daily, minimizing the stress that comes with having folks working in your home for days.

Post Completion

 Twelve months after completion of your renovation, Pekarske Builders will come out to make any adjustments or repairs needed.

Consultation

The first step is taking the time required to fully understand your vision, design needs, and desire for the project, including any special considerations or concerns you may have. We will schedule a time that works best for you to complete an initial walk through while discussing the details of your project. At that time, we will provide an expected time frame, next steps, and take all measurements required.

Design Selections

We are available to help with design selections for your project. An Interior Designer can also be added to your process if you choose. Design selections will be confirmed prior to starting your project.

Home Sweet Home

Upon completing your project, Pekarske Builders will make sure all furniture is back in place and everything works properly. After a final walk through with you, our cleaning crew will come out to make sure your home is clean and beautiful. And we provide a warranty on material, labor, and all structural changes made to your home.
